I am looking for any TEDDERS who lived in Dobbs, which later became Wayne and/or Wilson counties. The name may also be spelled TEDER. My father said that his great-grandfather lived in Dobbs. I believe his name was Thomas.

I am trying to locate my great-ggg-grandmother's resting place, I do not know which county She was living in at the time of her death 1740. My grand father James Ard had gotten his first land in North Carolina that I know of in 1738 . I believe this is the land that he sold to Margaret Cambell. I would appreciate any help in locating her grave site or family information.
